Shipping & Delivery

We deliver in 2- 4 working days in Klang Valley and 4-6 working days outside of Klang Valley. 7-14 working days in East Malaysia.

Shipping rates can vary depending on your states and are calculated at checkout.

Yes, we offer free shipping to Peninsular Malaysia for order amount greater than RM 300.

Currently we only accept orders within Malaysia.

All your orders of light weight items are taken care professionally by DHL e-Commerce Malaysia while bulk orders are delivered directly to your doorstep by our own fleet.

Warranty & Repair

All the products are granted for a general warranty of 12 months.

Depending on the products we do provide extended warranty for selected item.

All products purchased from our webstore is eligible to entitle for an additional 3 months extended warranty.

A return request can be submitted within 3 working days after the goods has been delivered. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any or all requests for return at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for any shipping cost of sending your return goods to us for assessment.

All returned orders will be subject to our sole discretion to approve for return and refund. However, we will only refund the cost of the product and not for the shipping charges.
